When Lisa and I began shopping for builders we had already chosen the perfect house plan. We ran into controversy right away because contractors would need at least 10 months to build a house and most of the ones with creditable reputations had a waiting list of 6 months to a year. More issues came up when we encountered modular builders due to the size / complexity of the design. The modular companies in the surrounding areas told us that the design that we had chosen was completely non-modular friendly and next to impossible to build into a modular. In the midst of it all we saw a billboard advertising Rocky Branch and decided to go and talk with them.
We were very impressed with them from the start. They seemed to be the type of people that you could work with on something as important as building a home for your family. After comparing to the other companies that were pricing out the plan; at least as close as they could get to building it our way; it was a hands down choice. Turns out that Rocky Branch was our Blessing! We never regretted the choice. They did everything we asked of them and even helped us with the “behind the scenes” issues that we had no idea about. They set tours of the plant for us, helped us receive special offers and incentives and helped make sure we met the fore set deadlines that were so important to us.
They never stopped being an advocate, not even after the house was delivered and set up. From Amy to Tammy and Jody to the sub contractors to the Rocky Branch crew; we LOVE THEM!!!!! Our house is now a home and we thank GOD that He brought us to the Rocky Branch Company. They come HIGHLY recommended by the McClure family. First of all, working with Rocky Branch Farms was great. They are the most down to earth people to deal with when building a modular house. My husband and I went through a lot to get our new home and they were with us every step of the way. It is a very stressful process and they were always there to help. It was our first home and we had tons of questions for Amy and she did not hesitate to answer what she could and if she didn't know she would find out from Jody or Tammy. I would certainly recommend Rocky Branch Farms to anyone looking for modular homes. Our house is beautiful and we have loved every minute in it! In our opinion Rocky Branch Farms went above and beyond what anyone else would have done for us! We thank you all three of you so much for everything.

Erosion and standing water in my yard was causing me great concern. I contacted Jody Williams at Rocky Branch Farms, Inc. for a consultation. He suggested that we install drain lines around the house and bring in top soil in the places where the erosion had occurred. In my conversation with Jody I realized that he was very experienced in situations of this sort and I felt confident that he was the man for the job. I told him to proceed and do whatever he deemed necessary to take care of the problem. He and his crew were very professional and in two days the work was done. I have been very pleased and satisfied with the results. (No more standing water!!) Since that time I also contracted Rocky Branch Farms to plant (20) cypress and (4) Bradford pear trees, as well as edging and mulching around the house and yard. I think the results were fantastic, and have received many compliments on the landscaping. Anyone interested in excavating or landscaping work should definitely give Rocky Branch Farms a call. I'm glad I did!
